Partnership Projects considered Qualified Not Funded did not meet the criteria of safe, dry, healthy, adequacy, suitability or growth, nor rank in the upper one-half of state school campuses considered for total replacement.  These projects will not be funded this biennium, but are eligible to be re-submitted in the next school district master plan.
