in the project application. The final State Financial Participation will be determined and included in the Partnership Program Project
Agreement upon review of the plans and specifications submitted for the project.  The Division reserves the right to adjust the State
Financial Participation if the review of the plans and specifications or the granting of variances affects the project scope.
